Nurse Practitioners 2017-08-17T14:57:21+00:00

Wheaton Pediatrics employs two expert health care providers who deliver a unique blend of nursing and medical care. These Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (PNPs) are registered nurses with graduate academic degrees and advanced pediatric clinical experience. This enables them to diagnose and manage most pediatric illnesses, either independently or as part of a health care team. The PNP model focuses on the whole person, not just the illness. PNPs are often able to spend more time with families and children, providing high-quality medical care and health counseling.
